It is awarded by 10th Regional Directorate of the General Directorate of Highways and completed between 11/05/07 -02/09/07.The project is one of the important route which links the Black sea Region to Central Anatolia ,East Anatolia Region and covers the road slope landslide protection, earth, grading, pavement works.
