High standard road transportation will be provided between the existing TEM Highway and the Northern Marmara Motorway when the total length of the road is 16.5 km and the project is completed as bituminous hot mix asphalt coating. Within the scope of the project, which started to be built at the end of 2010, 1.000.000 m3 soil work, 60.000 m3 artificial structure excavation, 50.000 m3 concrete production, 45.000 m3 stone filling, wall and blockage, 220.000 tons plentmics subbase, 210.000 tons plentmix foundation, 270.000 tons bituminous hot mix, 4 bridges and 40 km guardrail productions.
OTOYOL KURTKÖY KAVŞAĞI – (SULTAN ÇİFTLİĞİ – ŞİLE) AYR. BÖLÜNMÜŞ YOLU YAPIM İŞİ İstanbul il sınırları içerisinde, toplam uzunluğu 16,5 km olan ve bitümlü sıcak karışım asfalt kaplama olarak projelendirilmiş bölünmüş yol tamamlandığında Kuzey Marmara Otoyoluyla mevcut TEM Otoyolu arasında yüksek standartlı karayolu ulaşımı sağlanmış olacaktır. Yapımına 2010 yılı sonunda başlanan proje kapsamında takriben; 1.000.000 m3 toprak işi, 60.000 m3 sanat yapısı kazısı, 50.000 m3 beton imalatı, 45.000 m3 taş dolgu, duvar ve blokaj, 220.000 ton plentmiks alttemel, 210.000 ton plentmiks temel, 270.000 ton bitümlü sıcak karışım, 4 adet köprü ve 40 km otokorkuluk imalatları bulunmaktadır
