It is awarded by General Directorate of Highways and completed between 17/09/90- 28/11/95.The project, one of the important link from Adıyaman to Malatya within Adıyaman-Yeşilyurt-Malatya routes 25 km long 2nd phase, covers earth, grading, structural and pavement works and upon the completion the route has enabled a high standard transportation to neighbor’s towns.
